CREATIVE FARM

Privacy policy.

Effective September 23, 2026

This policy explains how Creative Farm, based in Miami, Florida, handles information when you visit creativefarm.com, book a consultation, or contact us about our services.

It covers our website and business inquiries. Information we process on behalf of clients when managing their campaigns or customer data is governed by the relevant client agreements and instructions.

Information we receive

Information you provide. When you email us or schedule a consultation, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business or website, appointment details, and information about your goals or inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive customer records through a consultation request.

Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and prepare for consultations, discuss or provide requested services, maintain business correspondence, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The consultation prompt does not collect your contact details. Information is provided only when you choose to contact us or submit a booking.

Service providers & sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, email, and scheduling. Information is shared with these providers as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

Calendly. When you choose to open our scheduler, your browser connects to Calendly. Calendly processes booking information on our behalf and may collect technical information and use cookies under its own practices. Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice for details. You can contact us by email instead of using the scheduler.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Cookies & browser storage

This website does not currently include agency-installed analytics scripts, Meta pixels, or other advertising trackers. We do not use this website to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

We use a small browser session-storage flag to remember that the consultation prompt has appeared or that you have opened booking. It contains no name, email address, or advertising identifier, is not sent to us, and normally clears when you close the browser tab. It helps prevent the prompt from appearing repeatedly during the same visit.

Calendly loads only after you choose to open scheduling, not when the timed consultation prompt appears. Its cookies and storage are separate from the prompt flag. You can use any cookie controls Calendly presents and your browser’s privacy settings. Disabling browser storage may affect whether the prompt stays dismissed after a reload.

Retention & security

We retain inquiry and booking information as needed to handle your request, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the information and the purpose for which it is used; the browser prompt flag has the shorter lifespan described above.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting an inquiry, dismiss the consultation prompt, or email us instead of booking through Calendly. You can ask us to stop follow-up messages about your inquiry.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Email our team to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond in accordance with applicable requirements. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate business records.

Other websites & children

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace their notices.

Our website and services are intended for business audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
